The hardest part are removing the stock headers.
Soak them up with WD-40 before you start working on it.
You will need a Deep Well 13mm(I think) socket for the stock manifold bolts.
There are some studs that don't come out. I just left them on there till I figure out a good way to take them out.
soak up the gasket overnight before you install the headers.
Thats all I can think of right now.1997 Camaro Y87. Turbo.
Pure Octane Racing

i had the exact same problem. i just grinded the bracket down. works fine. in fact i ran the car for awile with out the bracket. the powersterring pump was still secure without that bracket on.1994 White Firebird 3.4L A4
Mods: K&N CAI RKSport Headers & SLP Loudmouth Cat Back
1969 Mustang Mach 1 351C M4
Mods: None yet......
~ Ryan
