well, it's time to get a new one. crazy rattles and vibes, the hanger failed (yeah tuffy  ), and it's causing false knock. not to mention there's a hole in it.
i'm leaning right now to a warlock catback system.
I'd say go for a GMMG exhaust, but it's 700-800 bucks. perhaps borla or B&B tri-flow. If you live near sea level, get 3" pipes, if you live in the rockies, get 2.5" or 2.75" pipe since you'll be pushing less air through the engine(higher altitude=lower air density=less air through the motor)

I am finishing installing a SLP Loudmouth system on my car now. I will let you know how it sounds. Some people have not been impressed with the V6/Loudmouth combo, but with my headers and high flow cat, I think it will sound nice.

catco 3" in/out + Edlebrock part # 5658 and a competant exhaust shop to replace that dinky s and i pipe w/ 3" i LOVE it and cost me about $430 including tips and install!
AIS 2 OHH the memories... Great times and putting names with faces.
From \"interesting\" hooters waitress(Did you guys FLY ? ) to pissing BMW owners off on the ride home. To ending up in Philidelphia and USING (hahaha) an ice machine. I had a BLAST.
Thanxs to all that showed up!!
Dynomax seems to go very well recommended. I should be able let you know my thoughts on it by the end of this week.
(I was going to have the Dynomax put on yesterday, but my exhaust guy was closed! Hopefully he'll be open either this Friday or Saturday...)
i like dynomax, i have the 3" catback on my 84 firebird. it is deep all the way up the rpm's but it isn't loud enough for me. now that i got the flowmaster muffler on my camaro it's awesome, little ricey in the higher rpm but i can hear it getting better the more i drive it plus no cat and high flow intake helps alot also.
