  • Looking for a exhaust system...

Looking for 2.75" to 3" exhaust as I see no point in jumping just .25" up... Would SLP's exhaust for SS's fit in my 97? If not could it be welded by an exhaust shop to fit correctly? Also can anyone find that exhaust on ebay?

SLP's exhaust for SS's? Care to be more specific, maybe post a link. Just about any exhaust for an f-body will fit any f-body.

SS or Z28 takeoff exhaust from SLP is what I meant...

But what I'm infering is that they say 98 - 02 Camaro's... Why not 97? They had the 3.8 too... So I just wanted to make sure things would fit before I bought $300 worth of the wrong stuff...

hangers are different between 98 and 97. You can still make it work though

                http://www.billygrahamscamaro.com/pages/1/index.htm

well basically same idea parting out teh v8, i dunno i guess he changed his site around, he dont have pics of his f-body salvage yard, but the guys gotta own like half the population of wrecked f-bodies lol, but hes got a crap load, his number is on the site give him a call, i think I paid like $75 or so.

I mean yea i bought that pipe, flowmaster 80 series muffler $70, then tips $100 and had it installed so $240 for custom cat-back. A lot cheaper than ones from magnaflow, flowmaster and especially borla.
