    Holley...it fits better in our cars, allows more airflow than K&N and is cheaper. i don't see a downside.

        i think they flow the same but i have a K&N luv it. holley is cheaper!

          If you plan to geta Cold Air Intake, some kits come with the filter. This might be your best deal. Thats what i did.

              Both good products, but i love my K&N - great sound, well built (but light weight which is a plus) and noticable performance increase.

                holley claims it slightly outflows k&n, but i go with k&n for the name and because recharge kits are easy to find.
