Ok so I did the free ram air thing, and the PVC bellow. Now I noticed I was avergeing alot more miles per gallon before I did this. Has anyone else noticed an increase or decrease in mialege after the mod??
The car is a Y87 package and is all stock except for the Ram air set up. I also have the stock paper filter in the air tray.
Anything that makes your car run more efficiently (headers, catback, intake, port and polish anything) will increase you gas mileage.

after any mod i usually get worse gas mileage because i am usually throttle happy, but taking long car drives to school i noticed a huge improvement with my mods.

Actually, that was with injector cleaner too. Couldn't have come at a better time.
You won't be getting any cold air then, just a bunch of hot air from around the engine. Without that one step it's not even FRA. May or may not affect the mileage.
