    Where can i find...?

    i need a ca. smog legal cat. for my 1996 3.8 (OBDII) does anyone know of one that i can use that will pass smog? (3 stage cat)

    Isn't the stock converter smog legal for Cali?
    I'm not sure if it is or not.

        The Magnaflow/Carsound ones are EPA/CARB qualified.

          do you know if they will pass smog in ca? i spoke to a local supplier and he said that since it wasnt 3 stage, it wouldnt pass

            get the one with the O2 bungs, should be fine then I would imagine

                ok, so i just contacted car-sound (magnaflow), and they said that they dont have a product that i can put on my car (legally) as far as a catalytic converter is concerned... does anyone know of any other places that i can get a good cat from?
