well i just blew my third set of header gasktets today. Yay time to get some bloody knuckles again. Does anyone know of any better gaskets out there other then felpro cause these gaskets blow literaly. Also i found these http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...=egnsearch.asp
1 would these work on my 3.4 and second would these help my gaskets from blowing every 6 months.

well dont use Fel-Pro anymore thats for sure, i had them on mine well now i have one fel pro and one pacesetter in cuz no one wants to do the passenger side gasket for cheap. So kinda screwed there, but i know OEM gaskets should work for 3.8L but im not sure bout the 3.4L OEM gaskets.

the felpro's blew because they are stock sized replacements, not sized correctly for aftermarket headers. I think 95bat is using the fiero gaskets and hasn't had a problem with them.

oh it's not a slight tick it's nice and loud you would know if you gaskets were blown. check around your egr valve thats where i usualy get most of my problems.
How about those bolts will they work on my 3.4?

Also another question what would happen if I deleted the erg valve. I mean I always had problems with it leaking there i was thinking of just welding a plate to the headers and just bolting something to the intake.
