Ok so I want a 3in catback, but I have 2.5muffler setups in my garage I want to use cuz I dont' have to much money. I kinda want to be prepared though incase i don't like 2.5in catback. And I kinda do want 3in for performance and sound. I always here talk of bottlenecking. Has anyone did 3in all the way back to a 2.5in muffler. To an extent isn't the cat to the 2.25in stock spipe bottle necking? I don't think you can do it at a better place then the muffler right? The exhaust gasses are going to expand there anyway. What do you guys think?
