my qtec...

so i broke down and ordered a qtec from quicktime and sent in my money order over a month ago. one month later, and still no qtec. i sent them an email a week after i sent the money order to try and confirm that they at least got it, and they gave me a very curt, borderline rude confirmation. a week later, i sent an email asking when they were going to ship it. they said, and i quote the entire email "with in the week." 2 weeks later, here i sit, qtec-less, and knowing that to try and contact them again is a waste of time b/c their customer service is worse then my breath right now at 2 am in the morning. all i have to say is this thing had better be the most bad@$$ thing i've ever seen in my life, or i'll b a lil more then upset. sorry, i just needed to vent. i'll let u guys kno how it works out for me (mayb some soundclips and pics) if i ever get it.

I would go over to the LS1.com sponserboard and complain there, it might do some good, considering they are a sponser on that site.

From what I have read, its a pretty nifty gadget. If I could get away with a cutout around here, I would definantly get that. Good Luck to ya.

ah, i'm sure if they could defend themselves, they'd somehow make me out to b the ***. its just the way things work ;) i've got ups confirmed tracking on my other package though, and its comin in today for sure, so that cheers me up.

ha! i knew all i had to do was complain about it and it'd show up. i'm a very happy man now, i'll have it installed by tonight :D
