echo tips

[99Camaro]

one of my friends was telling me to get echo tips on my camaro with a flowtech terminator muffler. It already sounds pretty good but i just want it to sound better. I plan on doing a 2.75 or 3in intermediate pipe and headers in the next couple weeks but was just wondering...any ideas..

Echo tips? Never heard of them. IS it a rice product? It's probably a resonator tip? Got any links on where to find any? I'd be curious to see/hear one......

And as far as muffler, I'd say probably Dynomax SuperTurbo, but I've been hearing good things about Spintech also.

yea, I've heard Dynomax is awesome for sound/Torque and it doens't get raspy at higher sounds. I know it's cheaper than Flowmaster. I wish I would have known about it 2 years ago! Where can you find Spintech?

Spintechs are offered in stores you just have to goto their site to see if there is one near you. www.spintechmufflers.com if there isn't then you have to call their 1-800 and order one over the phone. Spintech is probably the best muffler for our cars :cool: . [img]graemlins/fluffy.gif[/img]

use the rolled edge tips, like the hooker ones in Jegs, they make an echo sound unlike the straight tips
