  • just ordered a set of pacesetter headers

    Well i just oredered my pacesetter headers and i was just wondering if anybody had any advice on installing them? And what gains were there? and sound...sound alot better? I have a catback magnaflow and SLP CAI any thoughts on sound?

    The install is not that difficult. Take your time don't bust too many knuckles or bolts. Biggest tip I can give is to remove your spark plugs and the little shield near the starter. Good luck.

        I can't tell you about the install yet...I am ordering mine a week from today (payday)! I am pupped, because a friend of mine sells pacesetter stuff, and is giving them to me at his cost...$325 with y-pipe, ceramic coated!

          well arent you the lucky one...i dont think it will be that hard of an install...just the fact off taking everything off and working under the car and what not...its just going to be tedious

            Took half the time to install as it did to remove the manifolds...I can easily reach all bolts but one from the top of the car with my wrench.
