98 whisper lid ducting woes.. please help

I was putting my fast toys cai on yesterday and noticed the ducting that came with my whisper lid is full of little pin holes so I pulled it off and wrapped it in duct tape for now to keep it sealed up..

anyway my question is I know others have replaced their cheap dryer hose ducting with some more heavy duty hose.. does anyone know where I can get something like that, and no regular old dryer ducting won't work if you have ever messed with that stuff you will see that it is VERY flimsy...
