I was wondering what would be better or worth it more? The price difference between the two is a lot.
I can get a used z28 2.75" i-pipe for $35 shipped
or should I get the Dynomax I-pipes from Summit part#45593 & 42273, which would cost about $100. If the performance between the 2 is A LOT, then I guess I can go with the dynomax. I have a 99. 3.8L camaro.
it wont make much of a difference...the 3 inch might offer a little better topend if any.. id say do the cheap version and get a cutout to go with it :D
depends. if you're gonna go all out w/ the performance mods up to heads/cam, the 2.75 will do fine, if you plan on adding a blower after that, I'd go w/ the 3".

If you're planning on a supercharger or spraying go with the 3". Otherwise, go with a 2.75". If there's a local fbody site in your area, check there and you might be able to get one off a guy for free. Never hurt to try.
