i just got my slp loudmouth exhaust put on, it sounds mean. my friend has the same thing but also just got high flow cats. is that legal? has anyone ever done that? how does it sound? send sound clips of your car if you got them?

High flow cats are different from hollowed/gutted cats.
High flow cats are legal, as they still do their job. A hollowed or gutted cat, however, has had all it's internals ripped out and no longer does anything...which is illegal. ;)Matt
