I couldn't find an answer on K&N's website. At another site I found it for sale but it was for the V8, or would that still work with the V6? It was about $240 which seems very high since the SLP one is a pricy $200. I want to get the K&N one since it's made of plastic instead of the metal SLP CAI.

No, it can be adapted however by using a 1LE intake elbow (that is what SLP uses on thier CAI).
