Did anybody ever paint their headers with the high heat resistant paint from walmart? it has ceramic in it.

Most here just bought the ceramic's to start with, I don't think you will get much of a response here. if you do it, make sure you sand the headers down really well. if not it will just flake right off. i used it on my exhaust and it was fine.

unless you can cook the paint on as the back of the can suggests its most likely going to peel off after the first time the car runs
your best bet besides getting them coated is BBQ grill paint
