If you would have only posted this a day earlier I could have snapped pics of mine before the install. They would be simple for a sheetmetal shop to reproduce. And yes you have to cut a 5-1/2 x 16 inch hole in the deflector panel. Plus 2 holes to allow the push pins to fit thru so it sits right. For roughly 100 bucks it is almost worth the money compared to having it made... My dad does sheetmetal for a living, and it would be about 20 bucks in material and close to 50 -60 in labor. So 80buck to have it made plus your time finding one (Shop and prototype) and gas to and from makes you about even unless there is a shop across the street from you!

          good stuff.

Easy to install. Don't bash up your radiator while putting it in. Just follow the recomedations in instructions and use cardboard in front of radiator while you install the kit. Easy Stuff. Works good.

At the same time you can ditch your stock air bellows
for a smooth air bellows. You can make this out of PVC pipe, peanut can, whatever. Then, use snips and remove the air fins from the underside of air lids. Sand it down pretty smooth, wash it several times. Voila, you now have Cold air induction (from the kit you installed) as well as smooth air intake.

I have a guide page for the straight throttle body air intake mods. It is stuff that I have done and by many others as well. I did not invent
it...most of the guides on my pages are dedicated to the great forum members on this awesome forum.
