did anybody ever install 3.4 headers on a 1995 camaro with a air pipe? What do I need to do with this air pipe. There is only 2 holes in the headers for the o2 sencors. Do I have to put the air pipe into the headers or can I just block it off?

which pipe are you talking about blocking off? i didn't complete the header install myself so maybe mine was left open by the shop. if thats the case that would explain why the exhaust doesn't sound any different w/ the headers installed.

You can remove the whole AIR system when you install headers. If you have to go through inspection in your area, it will look a lot better if you remove the whole thing (piping and pump included) instead of leaving an unconnected pipe in there. The AIR system pushes fresh air through the exhaust when the car is first started for a few minutes and only under certain circumstances from there on out. Removal is your best bet.

You just remove the piping involved with the system and the pump. It will not throw any codes.
