    just installed my cai, its freakin sweet. i love the deeper sound and the sound it makes, its great

    Can you post some pics of it? Was it pretty hard to install? I'm thinking about getting it for my 97 Camaro since everybody says it's pretty good.

      Install is pretty straight forward the hardest part is putting the two cone filters on from below. Its a good mod and I noticed a difference in both sound and performance

        it took about 20 minutes actually, and most of that was just gettin the rubber part onto the metal intake tubes, lol ill get pics asap

                  Why would you put the filters on from below? Just slide them into the hole....

                    ^ It never even crossed my mind to put them on from below. True, the scraped the metal hole a little going in, but it was a hell of a lot easier than what i would imagine trying to get the filters on and tightened from underneath.

                    What did everyone with birds do with their headlight connector piece? Mine is just kinda laying in there not attached to anything now. Its bothered me for quite a while, but never done anything about it.

                      ^^ I unplugged the 2 connectors, threaded them inbetween the CAI pipes and connected them back on the other side. It fits perfectly square, nice , snug , and flat.
