not in Florida!
Unless you get an anal cop who decides to look under your car no one will find out. No emissions here in this state

Doesn't matter...it's still a federal crime. Like 99Camaro99 said, a cop can write a ticket for not having one and the EPA has been known to do spot checks too! ;) Shops are encouraged to report such violations (although most don't unless they're trying to earn brownie points since they've been in trouble before themselves) on street driven vehicles.Jason McCallister, Founder & Webmaster
West Tennessee F-Body Association, Inc.

2000 Camaro - Details

just lower your car so the cop can't fit his fat head underneath your car so he can't check for a cat.\'96 M5 Camaro White
Flowmaster Full Catback
SLP CAI
180* Thermo

Stereo: H/U - Clarion DXZ725
Alipne Type-R 6.5 Components (front),
Alpine Alpine SPS-1629S 6.5
2 10\" JL 10w0

\"One Love\" -Bob Marley

We don't have emissioins testing here. I've always wanted to see a cop on his hands and knees on the road with a flashlight looking for my cat "...ummm officer, it must have fallen off with the rest of my exhaust...."

http://www.cardomain.com/id/nitroxxx28
