I don't really see the point in getting a guage pillar pod unless you have some sort of power added, IE: super/turbocharger, nitrous, in which a guage pod is necessary to keep track of boost, etc. If you don't have anything else, there's no reason to spend the money on a guage pillar.
You can get them just for looks. I have a dual pod sitting in my room because I also don't know which gauges to use. Is like ground effect, painted calipes, etc, no power adders but they make the car look better. Just my .02.
You could put an air/fuel ratio gauge in there, just to see how it's maintaining.
If you start playing with tuning, you might want an exhaust gas temp (have to put a sensor in the exhaust somewhere though...)
Vacuum (or vacuum/boost if you want to make people wonder...) The old "fuel economy" gauges were vacuum gauges. More vacuum, better mpg. Less vacuum, well your foot is in it, and the mpg would be less.
Most people have "fuel pressure" and "air/fuel" ratio. Those are good gauges to have. I'll probaby be getting them to know how the car is running. I might get a trans "temp gauge" also.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
