Custom i pipe or aftermarket?

I'm am going to get a 3" i pipe (my exhaust just is not loud enough). I can get one put on for around $70 give or take. Should I get one mandrel bent or should I buy an aftermarket one like the dynomax?

I'd go by whatever is cheapest... is that $70 just the labor or are parts included?

if you can get one mandrel bent at an exhaust shop I'd just as soon do that as order one.. thing is I have no shops around me that do mandrel bends..

if you can get it mandrel bent at a local shop have em cut off the pipe right at the cat and run the new 3 inch mandrel bent pipe all the way from the cat and just have em put in a new O2 bung for the sensor..

then you can have a true 3 inch exhaust all the way back.. instead of having the small S-pipe then 3 inch back from that..

yea, $70 w/ parts and labor. The S pipe comes after the Cat?

if you could get 3 inch from the cat-back (s and i pipes), then think of getting a 3inch cat, that'd make a big diff. get it mandrel from the local shop, it'll all be the same, just cheaper than if you ordered.

also a CAI will help your tone, i didn't see that you had one in your sig.
