  • For all those that have switched exhausts

We all know that the flow tends to get kinda raspy and chainsaw like and the resonator quiets it a bit, but what is going to give me the loadest/best sounding exhaust. No cut outs, no borla or anything that costs over $300. So has anyone switched from the flow to Edelbrock or visa versa? What about the others like hooker. I have a spin tech now so would just getting a 3 in cat and after cat do it for me? I'm working on a CAI this summer so that'll help, but what about the rest. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I got the Flowmaster 80 series muffler installed on my car for under 300. I think its pretty loud. I would go with a cutout though.

The high-flow cat will make a BIG difference. I've heard nothing but compliments on how mine sounds. Flowmaster 80 series with LT1 Z28 catback and the 3" catco
