I was wondering if a Flowmaster 40 series or 80 series (both 2.5 inlet, dual outlet) would sound better on a 3.4 or 3.8.
--No need to bash and say flowmaster blows, just post your opinion on which is better or don't post at all!!

40 Series! I've had the 80 series. It was the first mod I ever did. It stayed on my car for 2 months before I threw it away. It sounds waaaay too weak. I replaced it with a 40 series and it sounds AWSOME! A good exhaust shop will cut a 2nd outlet so you can have dual tips if you want them.
Most people that say they prefer the 80 series have never owned anything else. That's what they have so that's what they say is the best. I've modded my exhaust 7 times since I bought my car, and the 40 series is the best muffler I've heard on it. Dynomax is also good, but it's more mellow.
Well the 80 series will sound much better if you take the cat off like I did. But since I also put a bullet muffler in place of it, it got much louder and better sounding.
te only thing is i already hve a 80 series setting in my house, with the tailpipes and tips welded on, im just wondering if its worth going to a 40 series, if it makes it that much better.
And btw they do make 40 series w/daul outles checkout ebay
