i blew my gasket and going to replace it i might as well try these to stop them from blowing again.
Also what happens if i need to loosen them? What do i have to do?

those are mine and i really like them....i have not had to loosen mine yet but you would just have to pry the locks off. no biggie. but the idea is you tighten the bolts, then put the locks on and u wont have to loosen them
Hey I hope you didn't get those bolts yet.
General rule is 5 threads (I think, might be 3) for each bolt holding the header on and with 22mm underhead length the bolt barely has like 2 threads holding the header on. 22mm underhead length is SERIOUSLY pushing it.. I would not get anything less that 25mm underhead length. If you can, find some 30mm bolts, or get 32mm and use some lock washers.
