Hey what will headers do fo rme exactly and are they worth it

Headers will definitely help your performance...the stock manifolds are extremely restrictive. You can get them anywhere from $175-$300 depending on where you get them and if you want ceramic coated. Helps w/ your exhaust flow.
Mod isnt really worth the money if ur running a stock car. The hp to $$ ratio isnt the best.
BUT if you are running a poweradder...ex. nitrous/supercharger/turbo.
