I am going to be installing my coated pacesetter's this coming weekend and am trying to decide which route to take from the y-pipe back. I am planning on having a local shop fabricate a 3" pipe that will run from the y-pipe to the 3" inlet on my 80 series flowmaster. I am going to install the pipe myself since no shop will do so without there being a cat. I know I am going to throw a code, but is it possible to install an 02 sim along the pipe to take care of that? If you guys have any suggestions or comments let me know. By the way, my car is an '02 Camaro. Thanks in advance.

The O2 sim just plugs into the plug that the O2 sensor plugs into and thats it. You can tuck it up somewhere underneath and not worry about it. It does not need to be in the pipe or anything.
Thanks for the response hawgs. I assume this is the one you are talking about: O2 Sim
Is there anything else that I should watch out for, or is that pretty much it? Thanks again.

Thats it... plug it in and there is a little hole that is attached to a bracket that kinda comes off the tranny that it slides right into, makes an easy holder.
