  • Question on Motorvator throttle body spacer

I found this throttle body at http://www.rpmoutlet.com/fbodymotovator.htm and was wondering if anyone had tried it and does it make a difference? I checked threads on the post and couldnt find anything but one which no one really answered the question. Does 10 hp gain sound right? Just wondering if anyone likes these or not? Thanks

It seems like a cross between, Dee's Throttle body spacer and "the Tornado." I bet it works at keeping your intake a little cooler, but I think the alluminum would heat up and would eventually not make a difference. As for the directional channels, I don't know about that...

Looks to be a waste of money, unless you want something to tap for a wet nitrous kit.

        Very good find!
It's a shame it isn't a plastic or composite material.
The metal would eventually become heat soaked though :( and void the potential power gain

Thanks for the responses. I am going to to my roller rockers and then if I have a few bucks left over I may get it and let you know of the gains. Thanks again
