  • rpms drop with cut out

when my cut out is uncapped, and im going about 50 and i try to accelerate...the rpms drop.

Say i got the rms up to 2.5k rpms, then it will all of a sudden drop to 1.5k rms. Then if i try to give it gas it will kinda studder in a way.

If i give it a little more it will jump up to 3k.

Why is this? is this bad for the engine? Could it be caused by my bad cat?
My car has GPS trackin\',traffic alert, its own phone #,PS2,screens. And What da H3ll,When I Turn da key it says \"You\'ve got mail\"..... <br />I swear and promise.. I\'ve had more cars then Charlie Thomas.. bounces in a Monte\' that hopped.. Pimped old skoo Blazer on Chopz, Today Its a Camaro at all da plya spots.

Does it only do it when the Cutout is open?

    Or all the time?

when my cat went bad, it broke apart on the inside, and part of the "filtering" went sideways clogging my CAT, whenever I flooried, it it woudl block the exit of my CAT, causing the car to bog and almost stall but if I drrove accelerationg slowly it wouldn't bog much maybe stutter a little.
