i replaced the sensor on the drivers side and i am still getting the same code and problem.
it also says it could be. injectors,low fuel, vacume leak.

usualy. if the pump or fuel system is the problem you will get both banks setting the code. but not always. you could always check the fuel filter and do a pressure test to see. I would also be checking for an injector unpluged. a missfire can also set a lean condition. As can an exhaust leak before the 02.1996 Silver camaro Z28. a got a scanner from work. it says bank 1 and 2 are lean but after the cat is rich. it might be the placment of the sensor since i got a custom s pipe made.
