The exhaust will fit with an adapter no biggie. You will lose backpressure with the 3 inch is the down side.

Don't bother with that low end stuff anymore. I got a 3inch system and now I peel out from a dead stop never used to before.

I've actually called Corsa before and they said they wouldn't recommend it because of the lack of pressure and airflow. They said that it wouldn't sound right and that they are developing a system for us 6's
Good luck either way!

Going to get a Corsa.. which you can listen to it here...

http://www.corsaperf.com/flashcam-fire.htm

or get a Hooker Exhaust.. which I don't know what it sounds like, I hear its really loud, even on smallest plate.

Or I can get a chambered here...

http://www.gmmginc.net/html/chamberedexhaust.shtml

corsa is around 700, so is chambered, borla is like 600. So I don't care about price. What would you guys go for? The chambered sounds sweeeeet.. but I don't know how it'd sound on my V6... here are my stats on my car.

I have a V6 A4 2002 Firebird.. WS8 and Y87 Packages (or whatever the numbers are)... planning on getting Air Box Lid, Air Filter (K&N), CAI SLP, Thermostat 160 degrees, Shifter kit that's about all that might make a difference on sound... later on I might go for a super charger or turbo.. but that's in a year or so.

Please.. I really need help, I have 3 main options.. and don't know what to do. Even if you don't know.. can you at least give me your opinions on the 2 exhaust sounds? Thanks in advance guys... I appreciate your help.

I like the Chambered sound better than Corsa.
Thats my personal opinion

keep in mind the chambered has like 380 horsepower or something, I forget. So it'll sound different on a 6.

Also keep in mind the chambered will rattle your teeth out of your head when cruising, the corsa shouldn't.

Im going with a Corsa - if it sounds bad I'll send it back

I was a 3inch nonbeliever! Go with the 3inch. It won't hurt at all.

Yeah, I'm getting a 3, I don't care about the little back pressure I might lose, I might get a supercharger in later, and for that I'd want a 3".. just wanted so see what I should go with, Borla, Corsa, or Chambered one.

CARDINAL - when are you getting that exhaust? and how can you send it back if it doesn't sound good? They allow you to?

Also people say that Corsa sounds like it has sand in it when you rev, and borla is too loud even on smallest disk, and the chambered is too loud while cruising? Which ones of these is right? I like how corsa sounds (on manufacture site). I'm leaning towards corsa right now.
