I posted this at the other site as well. I want to get headers for my car. But living in CA and emissions laws is what is holding me back. Has anyone in CA had problems passing a smog check?

I got my Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice two weeks ago and have to go smog with the next month or so. I'll let you know how it goes.
Technically, the car shouldn't pass the visual inspection, but would pass the actual smogging with flying colors. So all I have to do is find a shady smog tech. ;)-James<br /><br />\'96 3.8L A4 Camaro (SOLD) -

I didn't have a problem. I have a leak in the collector too. The guy I went to was recommended to me by my mechanic so maybe that's part of the reason.
