ok this may sound stupid, but i am thinking of putting a cutout on my car and i keep seeing one with a cable that you run into the car to open it. i like the idea of being able to open it when you want but how does this work and can you close it from inside too? if so then why are people paying so much more for the electric ones? if anybody has one, how hard was it to run the cableand hows it work. thanks for any help

at first i was going to get a cut out like that.
But ive heard nothing but bad things about them.
Saying that its hard to open/close them.
And most of the time when you do manage to open/close them it doesnt open/close properly.
Do a search. My car has GPS trackin\',traffic alert, its own phone #,PS2,screens. And What da H3ll,When I Turn da key it says \"You\'ve got mail\".....
I swear and promise.. I\'ve had more cars then Charlie Thomas.. bounces in a Monte\' that hopped.. Pimped old skoo Blazer on Chopz, Today Its a Camaro at all da plya spots.

I have personally had one of these...they suck. They worked perfect with the butterfly valve was in the open position, but horrible when it was closed (through the muffler). They rattled like all hell when they were closed. The cable was easy to install, but a pain to close due to the kicks and bends in the cable. Opening it was easy though. I would not suggest getting this thing...get the electrical one. You will have fewer headaches.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance
