I'm about to make an appointment for my inspection here in Pa. I just wanted to know would my Cai, and borla running wide open with no plates cause me to fail the inspection and/or emissions?

That's what i'm worrying about. The "tester" works like this..regardless if you have a leak or not it is the same rating. it is like your DNA from your genes. to test it they don't need a liter of blood...just enough to hit the senser...they don't test the volume of Fumes as a whole, it test how much stuff is in the mixture. so regardless if you have a leak it will be the same.Comment
