    I been fighting with a rattle sound coming out of my exhaust, im starting to suspect the cat but its brand new Carsound cat, I took my exhaust a part and put it back together and it still rattles......now i think its the heat shield rubbing against the muffler. Is there a way to deal with this....plz share any info
    PS i have my borla for 4 months it started raddle 1 moth after i got it. :mad:

    Probably just needs adjusted. I bet the over axle pipe is hitting the car --- thats what mine did. Went in, had it adjusted, bam. done.. Nothing a crowbar cant fix [img]tongue.gif[/img]

      check your cat.. i have some hi flow cat i dont know what brand haha but there was a heat shield built right on the top of it. and the welds came off on the one side and would just vibrate and rattle like crazy so i just took it off, dont see why would hurt anything theres heatshield on the car already.
