  • MAF Screen removal

    howdy, this is my first post, so try not to have too much fun...anyways i just want to know how to remove the MAF screen and still be able to replace it if the idle is rough or any other reason. thanks!

      A snap ring holds it in. A couple of small finishing nails will fit in the holes and let you compress it enough to remove the spring. I made two L-shaped wires from 2 paper clips and slid them into the screen to pull it out. Some people take out the maf sensor and push it out from the inside.

        search on the MAF screen, youll find a lot of info.
