i just recently put on flows. it wasnt as loud as i thought, so i went ahead and got a free flow cat. that made it so much louder. now it seems like i can set off car alarms as i drive by

what size pipes do you have? i have 2.5 all the way through, no riceyness either. i like it.

ill have sound clips soon as i find my rinky dink recorder

I just got my dynomax catback and hi-flow cat done 3/29/02. It's more than loud enough, unless you want glasspack volume.

A highflow cat will bring more rumble out of a dynomax. I went with catco.

There are a couple PN for the CatCo HFCC:

CTO-6006 - 3/2.5" in/out I believe (this is the one I am looking at)
CTO-6007 - 3" in/out

I *think* its something like 3 in/2.25 out

I think.
Someone might have to help me with this.

CTO-6006 is 2.5" in/2.5" out, 14" long.

I'm looking at a dynomax myself due to low budget (just put on new goodyears & brakes)Would it be smart to go with a hi-flow cat on the stock 2.5 I-pipe? its like another $100 for a mand bent pipe

Yes, and your stock I pipe is 2.25", not 2.5. Advance auto parts sells 3" I pipes for about 80 bucks. Next time do a search. This thread is a year old!
