    what is the cat?

    If i get an after market 1 how does it help performance gains. (is it worth it)

    leave feedback on companys to buy cat from and price range.

    cat filters your exhaust so you don't kill everyone on the planet. A highflow cat should give you better flow and hence better top end. Catco is the one that most use - $55 from summit. YOu should be aware that there is a chance that a highflow cat will trip an SES light (this just means that the car thinks your cat is not working properly) It does not effect performance but is annoying and prevents you from knowing if something else is in fact wrong. An 02 sim would fix this problem ($50) if it does happen or try a resistor($0.10) - its practically free and might work but I don't have info on resistors working. I'll try it if I get an SES light after I install my Catco - it's sitting in my room right now.

    PS CTO-6007 seems to be the cat of choice
