ok question about pacesetters

hello all I just got my pacesetters install today and I was wondering with the pacesetters when I am going down the high way now I feel like a slight viberation under the gas pedal is that bad or is that because I move up to headers I also have a K&N CIA high flow cat and flowmaster dual exhaust thanks in advance

I had a little vibration I checked under the car and one of the brakets from the engine block to the tranny was hitting the y-pipe I just grinded away a little of the metal and it was gone
