    I recently just got the magnaflow muffler and a z28 i-pipe after my friend just got the loudmouth on his z. now... what do uall think it will sound like if i leave the stock cat on... or take it off? opinions...??

    Hollow it out, and weld the I pipe up to it. this will make the cat act like an extra resinator and in my opinion sounds less raspy (though magniflow aint that bad). good choice of components, the I pipe from the Z is a 2.75 inch diameter and looses less low end torque than the 3" and the magnaflow sounds nice.
