Which ehaust sounds the best? right now im looking at hooker, raven or edelbrock. which do you guys sugjest and does any one have any sound clips of any of these systems?

I am currently planning on going with Edelbrock. Do a search on those exhausts and you'll find a lot of information. James has an edelbrock clip (the only one I can find!) at www.tristategm.com

Click on Media, American Iron Shootout, and watch his run. Thats an edelbrock exhaust on a 3.8

Also edelbrock has LT1/LS1 soundclips on their website... if that helps. You can compare the exhausts on V8s and see how much they vary, they'll vary the same amount on a 6.

I have the edelbrok i like it so far it's gettin better the more miles i get on it granted it was a hassle to work with since i did a full 3 in exhauset if your doing like a cat back setup then i think you'll be fine mine may sound diffrent too cause of it being a complete 3 in all the way from headers

i know the hooker exhaust sounds pretty good. i have a friend with a 2001 3.8 and it sounds mean. i think thunder racing has a deal with a hooker exhaust and a whisper lid package you should look into.

if you're chosing between those 3, I'd say Edelbrock. Also take a look at Flowmaster 80 Series and the Dynomax Super Turbo. Both are also excellent choices. G'luck in your decision.
