  • header install

    ok i want to get the pace setters this summer but dont want to put them in myself has anyone had a muffler shop do it how much did you pay? i prob will get them to install them and maybe a catback at the same time

        A 95 is going to be absolute hell putting headers on.
        Your bolts are gonna be rusted like you wouldn't believe.
        Normally I wouldn't be for paying that much to get anything installed....but for the trouble you're looking at I think I'd put the cash up.

                it's not that hard to do. I have a 95 and my bolts came right out, a couple of them we sprayed a little penetrating lube on but that was it.
                You will have a couple busted knuckles and little cuts all over, but I definately wouldn't pay 200-300 for them to be put on!
                You can do it in your driveway and be done in time for dinner [img]smile.gif[/img]

                        shop by my house told me $400... so im like ok screw that, thats just for the headers, and i got headers, cat, i-pipe and tune up i need all taken care of.. my mechanic is gonna do it but just is too busy right now.. so trying to be as patient as i can
