placement of cut-out???

if i put it right after my s-pipe. will i have problems with the heat. i remember last year i unhooked the exhaust after the s-pipe and i noticed alot of heat under the back seat and floorboard. what do you guys think?

anyone? i have never seen a post about this, just where can i put it and where is the easiest place to put it so i can reach it. i want to know if the heat will be an issue

I'm about to put a cutout on and i'm going to put it in the rear right before the muffler. Thats the only place i can reach without laying on the ground.
