well I just installed the headers with the one broken bolt :( . Nothing ever goes as planned. Im sure Ill have a leak their as well as the EGR. Im running open headers right now. Ill take it to an exhaust shop tomorrow to try and fix my y-pipe that is all banged up [img]graemlins/slap.gif[/img] .

I had the same problem with a broken bolt on my driver side, it has been leaking since. The only option I have is to drill it and retap it. I dont have any of the bolt sticking out, its compeltly inside.97 Special Edition Bird , Short bus stlye specialComment

I have one on the driver's side where my stock manifolds was leaking and caused the bolt to snap real easy. Mine I can weld a nut to it and get it out I just don't have the money to get it done. Also one of the main reasons the EGR leaks is because the piping doesn't fit into the hole that pacesetter allowed for it. Just use some copper sealant around the EGR tube. Thats what I did and it hasn't leaked since.<a href=\"http://www.onid.orst.edu/~waltejam/\" target=\"_blank\">98 Bright Red Camaro</a><br />Too many mods to list....check my websiteComment
