I believe the difference is in sizes, you might want to call SLP and ask them about the details of the piping sizes, it doesnt really have anything to do witht he muffler. They will tell you that it might not work on a V6, but just tell them that you are running a custom setup simular to the Z28ts...By the way that is a sweet setup, i'm getting it very soon...
