Okay, for those of you that have a BORLA, and think the smallest opening is too loud and raspy above 3000 rpm (sorry Scott B, some of us have neighbors that complain ... LOL) and the block off plate is too quiet ... this may help you
Sorry I don't have any pictures, but I took a piece of aluminum (from a dryer duct or go to home depot and but a piece for $3) and traced the dimensions of the plate onto the aluminum with a nail (screw holes, outside dimensions and inside dimensions). Cut out with a dremel or even tin snips will work. Now for the middle, I just drilled 3 holes for the middle section instead of the 1.5" diameter hole that was there. RESULT: There is no rasp above 3000 rpm (or when the pedal is floored), both outlets are functional, and I still get a lower tone than stock.
