    a buddy of mine is putting magnaflows on his ws6,.. so he said i could have his muffler and tips with 50,000k. Will this bolt on to my car??
    I heard i would just have to weld it on there. the thing is I dont want to take that chance of welding and it sounding like sh**. has anyone done this?? does anyone have any clips??

    remember im not wanting the Ipipe or anything
    just the muffler and tips

      I heard the SS/WS6 mufflers sounds good on our cars.

          so the muffler will bolt on??

          i know i will have to buy a reducer to make the pipes match,.. but is that it???

            our pipes are 2-3/4 right

            so its 2-3/4 into 3" pipe
            right??

              Nope. Our pipes are 2.25", but a good muffler shop can still make it fit.

                has anyone heard this?? how did it sound?
                i heard it was the best muffler you can buy for a 3.8,.... is that true?

                  ours a 2.25" the v8s are 2.75"
                  some are 3" though

                  i got an ss performance take-off 3" and it sounds good. i like v8 take-offs on our cars a whole lot. probably doesn't help that much in the hp area, but not many do.

                    i would weld it on not bolt it on...

                      how does the ws5 muffler on the v6, sound compared to the w68 dual exhaust???

                        it sounds decent its very quiet, its not great and will rice out reving it in park and letting off of it at WOT
