Okay I'm just tired of the loudmouth. It was fun for a little bit but so far its been more trouble than good, and I hear that once I put headers in there it'll be screaming, and I think its pretty loud already.

So I'm looking for something thats a bit milder than the lm. I've been looking into used flows and I just wanted to know if a 3" system will still fit fine on a v6. The previous owner of one I found said it was on an LT1.

On a side note, I am looking so if anyone has one or knows someone with one let me know.

Yeah, it'll fit, your loudmouth is 3". From what I hear flowmaster is pretty loud too but then again I don't know what volume you are going for exactly.

I like loud, but the loudmouth is just a little too much. I've considered trying a borla mouth but for the price I can try out something else used, and I think I'll head that way.

3" will fit. i had flowmaster 80 series and it was loud as anything (then again i had stock exhaust with headers.. haha)

my setup now is a custom catback from summit (around 150 for all 3 pipes) then a borla muffler. sounds a lot quieter than most setups ive heard. great air flow and decently cheap. *shrug* im against people who just give their setup when people ask for suggestions.. but in this case.. i think it works out nicely.
