  • leaky EGR tube!! Need help!!

About 3 months ago i installer a set of ceramic coated headers on my 02 v6. Ive noticed since then that i have a constant leak where my EGR tube connects to my header. I tried using some high temp gasket sealer, but the exhaust just blew it out after about a day of driving. I have consided just buying a block off plate, but then i wouldnt be street leagal come time for inspection. So i need to find some way to stop the leak, if you have any ideas let me know. a pic of my tube, you can see the gap!!

Big ol 10-4 on that one....same problem here. I used a adjustable channel locks to clamp it down but it still doesn't seal. BTW...it looks like your plug wire is up against the headers....NOT GOOD.
