has anyone ever ran into a problem after installing thiers? i do remember mine not wanting to fit just right and i had to really work with it to get it in, but i also have a tranny cooler. i do also remember getting the SES after i installed it, but when i took it to the dealer they said it was from fouled plugs and they changed them. my car hauled azz after the power pack, but when i put on my CAI (post power pack)i must have done something wrong cause my car has never been the same. i did a compression test and that was fine, but when i think about it, everything went down hill after i put in the cai. can anybody help me out? thanks

A SLP CAI will not cause any of what your talking about...the CAI simply slides in..nino come to houston and we can get everything on that car fixed right

the CAI will cause you to get more in the engine but shouldnt cause any problems

i know, but maybe i somehow screwed something up. i know it was pretty straight foward installation, but you never know. i do remember the first time i cranked the car after i put it on the SES came on.

well i took out the cold air induction scoop thinge, put in some taylor wires, and unplugged the negative cable for an hour. usually when i reset the computer the ses light will come on within 60 miles. i have now driven 60 miles and no ses light just yet. i bet it comes on as soon as i leave work. the scoop was pressing itself pretty hard against the tranny cooler, but i didnt see anything that i could have messed up. any other ssm power packers with a cai? i am totally lost on this one. if it stays off, then maybe to the track i will go. nope, just remembered i live in texas...too darn hot to go to the track just yet.
